• My hosting at Bluehost expired. I renewed it the following day, but it is still showing my old wordpress site as it was before i originally signed up for the hosting in 2011 & had a guided transfer to www.remarpro.com.
I contacted bluehost & they said that they problem is that my name servers are pointing to wordpress.com & that they need to point to bluehost.
they said to contact wordpress to have this change made.
    Please help asap.
    Thanks!

  • The Name Servers can only be changed at the company where you bought the .com domain name.

If you bought the domain from WordPress, then you probably bought it through the wordpress.com account and not here at www.remarpro.com. You would need to log into your wordpress.com account instead or ask them for help.

If you didn’t buy the domain name from WordPress, then you need to go to that other company to point the domain to Bluehost instead of pointing it to WordPress.

my site was originally with wordpress.com, but i did a guided transfer last uear to www.remarpro.com when i signed up for hosting with bluehost.

    wordpress.com site says:

This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you’ll find help at the www.remarpro.com forums.

As www.remarpro.com is for self-hosted websites, these forums cannot provide you with support for name servers. That support is responsible from vendors of the hosting service you purchased.

If your query is regarding WordPress.com websites, try the WordPress.com forums.
