Names not recorded correctly

    Does anyone else have a problem with non-Latin names? Since Feb 4th, First and last names are like this.

    Last name: u7f8eu77e5u5b50
    First name: u8107u7530

    Our customers are Japanese, but we have never had a problem with encoding. Been using woocommerce for many years.
