Names not associated with my subscribers

    I’ve added subscribers, but there is no way to enter their names, just emails. Why?

    I’m using the free JetPack – version Version 14.0

    Hi @bruccutler –

    Jetpack allows you to add subscribers using their email addresses only. Names are not collected during this process.

    However, users are able to set their own name by creating a WordPress.com account. So if any of the imported emails have a WordPress.com account associated with them, the user’s name will appear.
