    When I activate the troubleshoot mode, I have an additional “nameless” plugin showing at the top that can be activated and deactivated.

    Any way to know what it is? Or to disable it for good?

    Any help or hint will be appreciated ??

    Never mind. Found the culprit.

    If anyone is having the same issue, something must have gone wrong with one of your previously active plugins. WordPress somehow end up activating a plugin without a name that won’t show on the plugins management page.

    The fix needs to be done on the database. One the wp_options table, active_plugins row.

    Locate and remove the following string:

    i:0;N;

    And save.

    All plugins will be deactivated on the wp-content/plugins. Activate them again. And the issue is fixed.
