Name ticket field dropdown search

Hello.
There is one important option which was enabled in SupportPlus, but I cannot find it in SupportCandy. When the agent enters user name in Create ticket form, there was a dropdown list of existing users so you could easily create a ticket raised by any user. But in SupportCandy I cannot find this function. Is there any possibility to activate dropdown search in Name field?
