    Hello.
    There is one important option which was enabled in SupportPlus, but I cannot find it in SupportCandy. When the agent enters user name in Create ticket form, there was a dropdown list of existing users so you could easily create a ticket raised by any user. But in SupportCandy I cannot find this function. Is there any possibility to activate dropdown search in Name field? May be there some add-on requiered?

    Hello,

    This feature is also available in SupportCandy. Please start typing in Name field and it will show you the suggestion. It may take some time depending on server’s responce.
