• I am new to www.remarpro.com and am attempting to change my server from my wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com site.

I have only recently brought my domain from godaddy to wordpress.com and will not allow me to move it again within the 60 day period so I would not like to keep it at wordpress.com and redirect it to my www.remarpro.com (until the 60 period is over).

How do I find out with my nameserver is with my www.remarpro.com?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You can edit your DNS records at wordpress.com to reflect the settings that would be used if you moved them to GoDaddy. However, eue to the differences between the various site hosting plans offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com Support instead.

How do I find out with my nameserver is with my www.remarpro.com?

www.remarpro.com provides you with software; it does not host your wordpress site. Generally, the hosting package you purchase for your site includes DNS support, so contact that vendor.

    Hi Doulajes –

I’m sorry you are having trouble moving your domain name, transferring domain names to a new host and updating your DNS can be very tricky! Can you confirm a couple items for me, knowing this information will allow me to better assist you:

    – Can you provide the URL for your website?

    – Can you let me know what website host you are using for your www.remarpro.com site? The name servers will vary depending on your host.

    – Can you post a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? If you have already transferred your domain to wordpress.com it should allow you to update your name servers to your new web host without having to transfer the domain.
