Name or email of user on subject line?

Are there any ways to include the name or email of the user on the subject line? Because every time someone uses the contact form, GMail is nesting the mails on a single thread because they all have a single subject. I want to make it look like
[MySite] Contact – John Doe
or
[MySite] Contact – [email protected]Is that possible? Thanks in advance!
