name not displaying on form

    Help. we just noticed that the name is not displaying on the form. We concatonated the name to just shipper_name and billing_name instead of shipping_last_name and billing_last_name.

    Hi @pgilpat,

    It looks like you are using an incorrect field name for the field you would like to add to your document. Is there a specific reason why you would like to change the field name?

    Also could you tell me how you changed the field name? Did you add a custom field to your checkout? Let me know and we’ll do our best to help. ??

    Thanks. Yes, I made a custom field as our shipping account needed it in one field.
