Name – firstname and lastname in autoreply

    Hi WebDorado,
    Is there a way to reference the first name and last name individually using the %Name% in the editor of the autoresponders?

    I want to say “Hello %Firstname%,”

    But as both names come under %Name% the email says “Hello Firstname Lastname,”
    Which of course sounds strange.
