Name fields shown as [not provided] in Salesforce

    Hi there, I’m using the Web to lead plugin and thought I had set all my forms up correctly however when viewing name data in Salesforce, only the first name gets loaded into the NAME field? Is there something I’m not doing? I’ve set the fields up as ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ but they’re not being mapped correctly. I don’t get any errors or anything either so I’m assuming this is something to do with the setup in Salesforce but any help would be great

  • i’m also having issues with the name field, i will always get “not provided” in salesforce.

    Please upgrade to the new version (2.5) and configure Web-To-Lead Feeds instead of the existing way of doing things. This should solve your problems.
