Name Field for guest and Sign in link problems

    The name field keep showing “pls match the requested format” no matter the name that is input in the field. Not sure what format is required for guest to use for it to allow name input and message to be sent.

    Also even when the sign in link is disable it still appears when it should be off.

    Finally thank you for this wonderful plugin.

    We don’t follow you well. Could you please try to explain in other words using some screenshots. And please leave some example URL to allow us to check the issue.

    In the name field you see “pls match the requested format” when guests try to post a comment using the post comment button. This prevent the comments from being posted as the message keep popping up each time the “post comment ” button is clicked to send the message.

    why do you see this words “pls match the requested format” when the post comment is clicked to send the comment The names suppose to be in text format and no matter the text format it keeps popping up when guests try to send messages.
    Sorry no way to upload screenshot here not sure why

    And second the “sign in link” still appears at the from end even when you chose to hide it from the back end setting

    Please navigate to the Dashboard > Comments > wpDiscuz > Settings > User Authorization and Profile Data admin page, make sure the “Show “Login” link on comment form” is disabled, then click on “Save Changes” button and check again.
    In any case please don’t forget to delete all caches and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend before checking.
