Name field disappeared

Hope you are doing great.
For the last 2 days now, I do not have the name field anymore in the option.

I can put the link of the source but not the name (field missing in the backend)
I tried deactivating recently installed plugin but the issue is still here. My theme did not have updates for the last month.
