Name Field Auto-Populates with WordPress Username

We require our users to log in before taking the quiz. The “Name” field is auto-populated with the WordPress username. We want the “Name” field to either be blank or be populated with the users First & Last Name.

The user is allowed to overwrite the “Name”, but most do not, so we don’t have the name of the person taking the quiz, only their WordPress username.
