Name and email not showing in comment box (Hueman)

    I have ticked the option that ‘Comment author must fill out name and email’ (Settings -> Discussion -> Other comment settings). But for some reason this is not showing up in the comment section. Instead, it only shows the ‘Leave a reply’ box with the ‘Post comment’ button. Is there another setting I need to adjust, or something I am missing?
