Name and Email fields are not showing… How to fix it ?

    Hi,

    I can’t find how to fix this bug… Name and Email fields don’t show up under the aticle where they shoud. Only the text box does.

    If I submit a comment in the text box, this message appears : ERROR: please fill the required fields (name, email)
    Can you please help me ?
