    Hi. On version 3.1.5, your nag message for a review won’t go away, regardless of which button is pressed. It re-appears as soon as a page is refreshed. Really annoying.

    My apologies! The problem is solved and I should have reported back.

    Your support was impressive! I had a response within a few hours and, since the problem seemed site specific, I set up a test site for your team to dig into. They found the problem within a few hours, reported back and issued an update the same day.

    It was all done in less than 3 days. I must congratulate you for your quick responsive and the professional and articulate way in which everything was handled!
