Nag Message Never Goes Away

Upon clicking “Never Show Again”, it keeps showing back up after every page load, we’ve been hiding it with custom PHP/CSS on client sites because it is rather annoying.

We suspect there may be a site-specific issue on your website. Could you please create a support ticket on our portal and send us the access details? so that we can check in detail, and this will help us support you swiftly. We’re using the plugin on two sites, and like I said, we’re using a code snippet to remove it entirely so it’s not a big deal for us. If you click “Never show again” it hides it, that part works for sure. But it comes back on the next page load.
