    After Installed the updated version, no error message given when the new password
    and the confirm password not the same so the password not changed still
    remain as the previous password.

    This is fixed in the latest version (an error will be returned regardless). Note you must have switched off java script to get this error as the form should not even submit if the password don’t match.
