Sorry, I cleared the db and re-uploaded the files and started all over. Now it works fine.

Same error here – even on a clean test install. Deactivating the plugin for now, but I’m waiting with anticipation a new version (or a workaround) ??

    Hello DaMsT & CitizenK,

with the new WP Version comes a new way of “multi activate” plugins. If you use the normal “active” link on the right side of the table, the plugins creates the tables just fine. But if you hit the checkbox on the left side and click the “Active” Button on top of the table, the plugin didn’t know its activated and can’t create the tables.

I fixed this problem with the 1.0.4 release ??
