Mystique Theme – trouble with sliding footer

First, Mistique is the most interesting and polished theme I’ve found. I’m having problems with the sliding footer though. If I put a couple of widgets into the sliding footers, they seem to overlay each other. Is there any documentation on this theme or has anyone figure this out?
