Mystique Theme – Moving Banner Below Navigation Bar

Hello.

I’ve just updated WordPress and the Mystique Theme. I have a rotating banner script on my page…however, after updating the theme, not to my suprise, my original settings were scrapped. I have the banner back in, but I can’t figure out how to move it down.
