Mystile theme banner won't show up…

Can you talk to WooThemes about this?

Yes that is what i want to do, but it’s weekend now, so i hoped somebody knows how to fix this problem.. ??

Unfortunately we cannot provide help with the theme. ??

Did anyone find the answer to this. Just trying out Mystile theme and wondered if it was a page template issue? No as I tried a few different page templates! Deactivated all sliders, removed featured image on page, running out of ideas here! I have done exactly what is described in the instructions.

Banner not showing on Mystile Theme on Homepage or any other page.

Mystile Theme: The banner is not showing up on the homepage or any other page. I’ve checked the box for “Display a Banner” and uploaded the image for “Featured Image”
