Mystery White Box under Widget

I am using the widget in the side bar on 2 sites and recently a mysterious white box has appeared underneath both. When I use Firebug to figure it out, it looks like the height is wrong but when I change the height in the settings it still remains the same.
The CSS has the attribute
*::-moz-placeholder, *:-moz-placeholderattached to it and an unknown stylesheet.The sites are
