Mystery Url before page content REDUX

We’re getting a funky url displaying before the page content whenever the reCAPTCHA is enabled in the contact form. Take aout the reCAPTCHA tag – the url goes away. All plugins are up to date. This is with a 2011 child theme
It shows up right under the “entry-content” div but before the first paragraph tag –

This sounds like an identical problem to what duonger described a year ago. Wonder if he didn’t coincidentally disable some other confliting plugin when he upgraded.Thanks for any suggestions
