Mystery Tax fee added to order

    Greetings!
    After connecting with Printful to see if they could help me understand the tax charges on an order- they inevitably sent me to you. It appears that there is a .34 charge (looks like added tax) in addition to the NY State tax of $2.16.
    Have disabled the Tax rates and calculations because Printful charges tax, too. This is to avoid double tax payments. If I’m on the wrong track, please let me know. I’m overly confused now.

    I understand you are now handling taxes through Printful instead of WooCommerce, correct? Does this mean the WooCommerce tax features are disabled?

    To check further and confirm, could you please share a screenshot of all your tax settings found under WooCommerce → Settings → Tax? You can use the snipboard.io tool to share it.

    If WooCommerce tax settings are disabled, the .34 charge must be connected to the Printful settings.

    In this case, we recommend you handle taxes through WooCommerce; we don’t know or understand how Printful operates taxes.
