Mystery menu cannot be deleted

Images showing persisting underlying main menu code even when that menu has been switched off. Another small point is that the order of menu items also changes.

I’ve discovered the WP source code editor. Just need to know which file might be fetching this underlying remnant menu so that I can delete it.
