    I got it from the YSlow list that shows the List of links that has an “Expires header”. Yup Pop-blue is the theme am using.

    Are these two anyway related?

    I still don’t get your question. Why would you want to approach the url of your theme folder? It’s not like that a page that can be visited. The theme works on your site, so what exactly is your question?
