Please update our plugin to the latest version.
Also, try to disable the “Add a honeypot field” option:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced Settings —> disable “Add a honeypot field” —> Save Changes.

The plugin was already the latest version.

Yes, disabling the honeypot field hides the extra field. But, don’t I need the honeypot field? Why is it visible? Shouldn’t it be hidden?
