MySQL version for this plugin

I want to try plugin,but i can’t activate the plugin,this is the fatal error message.
We are sorry, but you need to have at least PHP 5.3 to run this plugin (currently installed version: 5.2.17p1) - please upgrade or contact your system administrator.then I go to upgrade the MySQL,it still gives me the same error message about this issue.
this is my MySQL version I have upgraded(https://pan.kuntesi.com/upload/MySQL.jpg),something wrong right,I don’t know how to solve it,help please.
