MySQL upgrade problem.

  • I’m trying to upgrade from 1.2 to 1.5 on my way to 2.0.
    I am following the instructions for the 1.2 to 1.5 upgrade. When I try to run upgrade.php from my web browser, I get this message:
    Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL which is required for WordPress.

    I have removed all of the 1.5 files and replaced the 1.2 files and the blog pops back up just fine.
    Anyone have any ideas?
