MySQL server has gone away

  • Hello
    first thanks for your great plugin
    i have a problem
    i using fontawesome light and brand in the theme options page
    some time i get a error message like :
    Warning: mysqli_query(): MySQL server has gone away in C:\xampp\htdocs\kanishop\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 2030
    i enable wp debug and see a huge lines of error about all icons info
    and so, i think it is for that text size is very large
    can you help me ?

    Hi sorry for the late response here. I believe the message you are seeing “MySQL server has gone away” is probably down to some configuration of MySQL on your web server. Troubleshooting this is beyond my expertise but it is something that your web hosting administrator may be able to assist you with.
