MySQL server goes of and on

So… This is a bit complicated.

Well – I wanted to upgrade to the new version, but thought in the last second that I wanted to take a backup first. Well apperently I was too late in aborting, so the whole thing went south, and I couldent enter the site at all. However, I was able to make a manual install. Now I can enter my site, but my plug ins are all distorted or not working at all – also i cant access the control panel. The best thing of course was to get the whole thing to work in the new version.

I however saved a previously back up. So I deleted the mamp folder from my applicationsfolder, and pasted the old folder in. Started Mamp up and launched the servers. The whole thing went smoothly and I started checking the pages to see, what i’d lost. However, when Id checked a few pages, the MySql server turnt off. Randomely. It worked and turned on – then it turned off. And when trying to launch MySql server again it gave me a 2013 error. Also when I try to enter my php-admin, it says something about it shouldent be writeable.

Can anybody help me out? Ive putted an enormous amount of work into this page.
