Mysql reports and automatic updating on webpage

I am having no problem in producing reports from different MySql databases, and then entering the shortcode in the web page. However, these pages are static and not dynamic. In other words, if the particular database is updated, the information is not automatically updated in the report.

So is there a plugin which can address this problem?

Or is there some work around?

This particular challenge is preventing me from transferring one of my websites to WordPress.
