We are receiving this error in our php log file constantly since the 5.1.1 update.

WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘s name (top of chair)”:”Bryson”,”Baby’s name”:”Jaxson”,”Year on bottom of chair”‘ at line 2 for query UPDATE DBNAME_ac_abandoned_cart_history_lite

It appears that the query you are running does not like apostrophes and nearly 90% of our products have those in the title.

    Hi,

We are sorry that you faced an issue with the plugin.

We had tried to replicate this issue. But I could not able to reproduce the same. I have created simple and variable products on my server by adding apostrophes in the product title and then tried to check the issue by abandoning/updating the cart. Also, placed some order with this products. But unfortunately, we are not getting the same error message in the debug log file.

So, it would be great if you can give us more information of your site and give us the steps to replicate this issue.

Can I know which version of Woocommerce, WordPress and PHP is activated on your site? Also, kindly share with us the error message with the File name and code line number and share with us URL of your site. So, according to that, we can check the issue at our end and apply the fix for it.

If you are not comfortable to share your site details here then you can send us an email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” email address.

    Please let me know.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
