I’m trying to use the mysql mapping. I made a form, set up the database for it, and went to the mappings. I tried to use INSERT. I connect to my database and selected the table and where things should go. I generated query and saved. I just get a white box with a spinning wheel and nothing happens.

I tried this with UPDATE to test and it worked fine. Please help.

  • I have the exact same problem. I have the business version of the plugin. I need to find a solution to this.

    Hi,

We have received inquiries about the same issue from other users either. The problem most likely comes from the hosting provider.

Please, contact your hosting provider and ask them to have a look at the permissions.

    Thank you!
