  • Hi,

    Please make sure that your mysql user has the necessary privileges granted to use on the database. I don’t see any other reason for this error.

    You could also contact the plugin author & check with them if you are facing this error only with the ‘Quickstats’ plugin.

    Checking the site, all appears to be now OK.
    I deactivated the STATS plugin.
