MySQL error withWPMU 2.8.4a regarding link categories

Our apache error log has an error like the one quoted below, each time one of the blogs on our WPMU is visited.

There doesn’t seem to be any visible consequence, but I don’t know if these blog-owners have been trying to update their blogrolls / links lists.
