    What is the name of your Contact Form Plugin ?
    Most of the contact form plugins do not require any direct “connection” with your mysql database.

    I use Contact Form 7 (download here) for my WordPress blog.
    It’s simple and flexible.

    I have also downloaded contact form 7. But getting difficulties in using it.Also how to connect the form in Mysql?
