• Hi All,

    After clicking the annoying update reminder button on top of the screen, I am getting this error page and not allowing me to access or to do anything anymore;

    “You cannot update because WordPress 3.9.1 requires MySQL version 5.0 or higher. You are running version 4.1.22.”

    It seems WebPress 3.1.3 were running fine before and is there anyway I can amend it or revert back to 3.1.3?

    This is company website, and from the accesses I have it seems company called melbourneIT has setup the website.

    In the control panel access, there is a button “Change to MySQL5” under Databases > MySQL section. Current version is 4.1.22. I am guessing this is something got to do with my problem. Requesting Tech Help to update MySQL to 5 might be a good idea?

    Yes, that is what I would recommend. That should solve your problem.

    Don
