Mypopups subscription both mobile and desktop did not work out

    Hey, Team.

    I want to report my problem with Mypopups. I have made two templates both for Desktop users and Mobile users. Unfortunately, it did not show as it should, and when it popped out, it came out a bit late. Also, I made such a kind of “thank you” part on both templates after the viewers entered their email addresses. But it did not show as well.

    How to fix this problem? Could you help me? Thanks!

    Hi @ctrpublisher ,

    I’ve checked your page and popup does appear normally.
    Regarding the follow-up screen not showing up, it is because the action assigned on the Submit button on the form is “Pop-up closes” instead of “Visitor gets taken to the next screen”.

    You can update it if you edit the popup, click on the Submit button and then navigate to Actions tab in the element menu. Select the proper option in “Pop-up actions” dropdown menu and Save the popup.

    Thanks for helping me out on this matter. However, may I ask you something? How to find the submit button and also navigate to the actions tab in the element menu? which element?

    Hi @ctrpublisher

    You can modify submit button and add additional actions by clicking at the element you want to modify.

    Then you can pick Arrow icon (actions), here you can choose pop-up actions and add additional actions such as redirect or file download.
    – As well as remove all actions

    To modify forms, you can click on any form element, input or submit button.
    Then use Actions tab as well, you will see new option “Modify settings” of particular form.

    Hi, there.
    I want to report an issue regarding the plugin that I used to get a subscriber, which is MyPopUps. For the record, it worked if someone were to subscribe by using a desktop/pc. But unfortunately, it didn’t work well on mobile.
