MyPopUps don’t show

On my intranet page I can’t see MyPopUps, error message is:
“Please now launch your pop-up(s) on MyPopUps so that they get displayed here
(and click on “Refresh” above).If you haven’t set up any pop-up yet, do it here.”
I have created PopUp, and the message is always same after refresh.
