MyPHP Admin Password Recovery Dont Work

i have tried that as well.

and also i copied the existing one and created a new user with new password but still doesn’t work.

im not sure if im doing it wrong or there is something wrong with the site itself. but i cant redo the site coz the client want it as it is.

It should work straightforwardly. So yes, I would guess that you’re doing something wrong.

You definitely selected MD5? Because not doing so is the usual mistake people make.

Unfortunately without looking over your shoulder, it’s difficult to see what the problem might be.
