• I am running my blog/website with the MYgRID2 1.3 theme. I’ve been messing around and trying to change some parts of the look of the theme, and today some of the images on the front/main page dissapeared.

This is the demo for the theme, and the way it is supposed to look like:
    https://wpdemo.dannci.com/preview/03/

    And this is my website:
    https://www.birgittenorsen.com

The thumbnail pictures are all missing, and the titles, and nothing fades like it did originally. I think I must have disturbed something, but I don’t know where to look! Any ideas? The most recent thing I did was to install the Lightbox 2 plugin for the NextGen Gallery, and change some options there.

I appreciate any ideas or suggestions!

  • I would deactivate plugins one by one to see if it is any of them that are causing the problem.

Thank you itskdawg – I tried deactivating all the plugins one by one (including jetpack and akismet), but no luck unfortunately.

Edited to add: The images appear in Internet Explorer (granted, 6), but looks funky in Opera.

I ended up changing the theme on my website – just in case someone is looking to see what the deal is! The issue with the images wasn’t resolved unfortunately.

When you go to write a new post, on the lower right hand corner there is a link that says “Feature Image”…. if you click that, upload your image and then choose “Feature Image” rather than to put in the actual post, it will then show up on your main page.

I want to know whether on the main page of this template, we can show pages rather than posts, It is possible? If yes then how.
