Check with them if they support JSON-LD metadata.

I’m running into a similar issue. It’s importing for certain sites and not for others.

I’m afraid I can’t really help with this. Our plugin provides valid JSON-LD metadata, which you can check in Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/?hl=en

Both of those websites have basically the same metadata structure. You’d have to check with MyFitnessPal why one’s working and one not. I’m not familiar with their code.

It is a HUGE bummer that this happens!!!

Have you contacted their support? Again: I’m not sure I can do anything on our end.

I put in a ticket when I first noticed this issue, and was told they sent it to an “engineer” to fix it. That was a long time ago, so guessing that’s the polite way to say it went to the great black hole ??
