myeasybackup only include the database file in the backups

Hi,
although I’ve clicked the icons of database and files to be included in backup, only the database file was included and the restoration file, no files has been included, this is the production site, so I can’t activate errors to see what is happening, have you any ideas what is going on? there is no problem with space in server and I’ve followed all the instructions you made to install the plugin, backup folder is outside the public_html, please let me know your thoughts.
I’ve try to contact with the plugin developers but contact page in https://myeasywp.com/contact is throwing warnings and is not working
