MyCred with U-like and BBpress posts. Points awarded to author only once.

First of all, this is a great plugin! Thank you for the regular updates.

The issue: If a MyCred ‘author receives points for likes’ hook is assigned to BBpress posts, the author only receives MyCred points for the first like they received. The expected behaviour should be points awarded for each like received.

This bug was previously fixed for BuddyPress posts but the issue remains for BBpress posts, so hopefully this will be an easy fix. I hope that the integration with MyCred can be fixed as it’s the only reason I haven’t subscribed to the pro version yet.
