Mycred point purchase non functional

    I set the cost of my events to be 100 keys (my mycredcurrency). On the page settings it says the right amount. On the live page the cost of event in keys is 0.

    I’ve tried troubleshooting this many ways, but it only ever shows 0 for the event ticket price.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this hiccup. Unfortunately this might require a level of coding and troubleshooting that goes beyond the scope of the forums here. However, here’s another thread or link which can help you with this

    Hi, i looked at codex and i’ve followed that instructions… but same issue reported by @dakotajfuller

    I’ve an event that “costs” 100 “Punti” (that is mycred unit).

    In MyCred Payments (under Events Manager settings)
    if I choose

    Single – Users can ONLY pay for tickets using Punti.
    i obtain an event that have a price of 100

    Multi – Users can pay for tickets using other gateways or Punti.
    i obtain an event with price 100 € and 0 “Punti” ….is it pretty strange?!?!

    Exchange Rate is 1 … “Punti” is 1 € worth

    And last but not least, all my test users have Insufficient Funds to pay, but booking process go on normally with a message of confirmation
