    Hi.

Do you give users points for becoming members?
Please let me know if the issue persists even in 1.5.2

Is it only this badge you are having troubles with or are you having the same issue with other badges as well?

All badges seem to have the issue.

actually, I am not sure about the other badges, they might be working, cant really tell.

The reason I am asking is because so far i have not been able to replicate this issue on any site running 1.5.2. Are your users logging in via the regular WordPress login?

They are logging in via “ALL SOCIAL LOGIN,” however the points system works for that, so it does not seem like a problem for that.

However, the badge “ATC verified user” does not auto assign and it is becoming very annoying.

I figured our a way around it, I just made it for one website visit.

Anyway, ill close this, just know your plugin does not work with all social login.

    thank you,
    JB

Thank you for letting me know. myCRED only supports login plugins that uses the core WordPress login action which myCRED monitors. If this action hook never fires, myCRED (and everyone else who is looking for a notice when a user logs in) will never detect the login and hence not award points.

Hi, I have got the plugin “theme my login” for logging in on my website, does this plugin affect the auto assignements of badges?

Because it seems it is not working (I tried with a badge for uploading avatar in buddypress and it didnt work (I give points to members for changing their avatars))

Thank you for your help ??
and keep up the awesome work!

    Hey Doremdou.

Badges should be awarded when a user gains / loses points. Logging in has no effect on this unless you have a badge for “logging in” which would then be awarded during the login process when the user gains points for the action.

Could you tell me what you set as the requirement for this badge which is not working for you so I can try and replicate? Also, have you checked that the user has fulfilled these requirements? If you edit this particular badge and click on the “Assign Badge” button, does the user gain the badge all of the sudden?

Aaaah I think I know why it is not working.

requirements are: Points for Avatar Upload 1 time.

But maybe because my users already uploaded an avatar long time before I install your plugin it is not counted as the first time when they upload one now so they can’t obtain the badge?

If you edit the badge and click on “Assign Badge” does the users get the badge? You can use this button to award badges for past actions that has been logged before you created the badge.
