My WP site is ‘zoomed out’

The weirdest thing just happened. I was working on a new site doing the first post. I was building it using the Thrive Leads Content Builder. I don’t remember exactly what triggered it but the whole site is ‘zoomed out’ so everything is tiny and not readable and squashed into the middle of the page.

I opened other sites in the same browser session and they are fine. I’ve never seen anything like this before.

I am asking Thrive Leads as well.

Any suggestions from here would be gratefully received.
