my wp site down ad ask to install wordpress again

    Hi

    i have a wordpress site and it works fine , but if i have more than 40 online visitor my site does’t work and i cant access to my dashboard and it request to install wordpress again !! after 5 or 10 minutes it works again fine !!

    i am using i-page host plane , i tried to contact with their customers but they told me that it is a database issue because there is a lot of hits on my database , but i don’t get more than 1000 visitor per day , and there is just 3 plugins .

    any help please ?

    Hey Khaled,

    I would suggest that you should use a caching plugin.
    If you aren’t using a caching plugin each visitor is adding load to the database. You can start with WP Super Cache.

    Hey Khaled,

    I’m guessing you’re on a shared hosting.
    It also depends on what are the rest of the 2 plugins that you’re using.
    If you want to avoid upgrading the hosting – may be setting up cache rebuild interval longer would help. The downside is that some of your visitors may end up looking at older copy of the post. That’s a call only you’d be able to make.
